GrandAdvisor ("we," "us") operates grandadvisor.com. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect as little as we can, we tell you before anything is shared, and we never sell your information to anyone you didn't ask to hear from.

What we collect

  • Information you give us. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. If you submit a quote request, we collect the details on that form — typically name, phone, email, ZIP code, and what you're looking for.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers and analytics record technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring pages. We use this to keep the site working and understand what content helps.

How we use and share it

  • Quote requests: when you submit a quote-request form and give your express consent, we share that form's information with the providers relevant to your request (for example, licensed loan specialists or local contractors) so they can contact you. That sharing is the product — it only happens when you ask for it.
  • Newsletter: your email is used to send you the content you signed up for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • Service providers: we use vendors for email delivery, analytics, and hosting who process data on our behalf under contract.
  • Legal: we may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

We do not sell browsing data, and we do not share your contact information with anyone outside the request you made.
